Natalie has been in the O&P profession since 2015, starting in a regional hospital network as a biller, specializing in soft goods stock and bill programs. Since her initial entry into the industry, she has developed her skillset to include billing, cash applications, WIP management, and claim dispute resolution. She is proficient in multiple software applications (NextGen, Futura, OPIE, Nymbl) and payer clearing houses. She enjoys building relationships with clients and developing their understanding of the nuances of the industry.
