Lead the Way
LEAD THE WAY, the theme for our 2022 conference, is an opportunity for leaders in Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) to work with subject matter experts to thoroughly evaluate business and leadership health and create an Individual Development Plan (IDP) for 2023. Engaging and inspiring speakers will lead you through assessments of leadership, team health and development, business metrics, innovations in O&P, business development, succession planning, and more. You’ll come away with a personalized roadmap/IDP for 2023 and improvement strategies that you can implement on Monday.

What Does It Mean To Lead?
Leading with heart inspires and empowers people. Because business is 90% relational and 10% transactional, leaders must intentionally and genuinely care for their staff so they can bring out the best in people. LEAD O&P will equip you to lead with love.
Leading your staff to its greatest potential requires the ability to be present. Employee engagement is the pursuit of the highest return on your investment. LEAD O&P will equip you to be engaging and engaged both downward, upward, and outward (to your community).
The difference between good and great leaders comes down to aspiration. It’s not merely being good at what you do; it’s the impact of why and how you do it. Aspirational leaders have their people saying, “That’s the kind of person I want to be!” LEAD O&P will equip you to be an aspirational influencer and role model.
You’re learning every single day. Learn in a way that helps you develop your team in the areas that will benefit your business the most. LEAD O&P will equip you to grow as a leader and help those you lead grow.
