Michelle began her career in the O&P industry in August 2018 as an Insurance Coordinator, where she was responsible for verifying benefits and obtaining prior authorizations. After one year in that role, she advanced to become the company’s Administrative Trainer, supporting staff development and operational consistency.
She later transitioned into revenue cycle functions, focusing on claim submissions and resolution of claim denials. She continues to support financial operations by posting payments and managing accounts receivables.
