Melissa Spranger joined O&P Insight in 2022, previously working as the Director of Billing Services. Melissa’s billing experience in the O&P industry began in 2013 working with patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing, and accounts receivable. Melissa’s experience in front end and billing administrative processes allows her to understand the unique challenges O&P suppliers face in today’s healthcare environment. Melissa finds great joy in tackling the complexities of billing O&P devices to help our clients get paid and stay paid.
