Lesleigh Sisson brings over three decades of experience in the orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) industry, with a strong background in administrative operations and business strategy. Since beginning her career in 1992, she has developed a deep passion for helping O&P practices succeed—combining her industry knowledge with a commitment to excellence in patient care delivery.

In 2015, Lesleigh founded O&P Insight, a full-service consulting firm dedicated to supporting independent O&P businesses. Her work focuses on strategic business guidance, revenue cycle management, compliance support, and leadership development—empowering practices to thrive in today’s complex healthcare environment.

Lesleigh is a Certified Fitter of Orthotics and Mastectomy through the American Board for Certification (ABC) and was recognized with the Sam E. Hammontree, CP Business Education Award in 2018 and 2025. She is also a published author and a certified facilitator of Patrick Lencioni’s Working Genius model, which she uses to help teams unlock their full potential.
