Kaley Johnson

Kaley began her career in orthotics and prosthetics over 10 years ago as a front-end administrator, building a strong foundation in insurance processes including benefits verification, prior authorizations, and documentation review. She soon began working closely with the clinic manager to refine workflow processes, implement operational improvements, and support effective WIP management across multiple clinics. Known for her ability to streamline complex administrative tasks and create clarity in fast-paced clinical environments, she has contributed to more consistent documentation practices and smoother patient flow. Now as a member of O&P Insight, she is excited to bring her operational and administrative perspective to help strengthen efficiency and elevate patient care across the profession.
