Carla Craft

With more than two decades of experience in the orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) industry, Carla began her career in 1999 as Business Office Manager for the largest privately owned O&P company on the East Coast. In this role, shewas responsible for overseeing daytoday operations, managing payer contracts, credentialing, compliance, accounting, human resources, and supporting the successful opening of new clinics.  In 2020, Carla joined Hanger, where she continued to apply her broad operational and leadership expertise. In September 2025, her team transitioned to O&P Insight, where she continues to support organizational success through operational excellence and deep industry knowledge.
