David Holzman has 15 years of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and valuation experience and serves as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions for Hanger, Inc. Mr. Holzman began his career in investment banking in 2009 as an analyst at a Midwest-based regional M&A and valuation advisory firm. He advanced to and served as President through 2018, during which time he oversaw the acquisition of the company by one of the largest national independent wealth advisory firms in 2014. Mr. Holzman has completed over 60 transactions and over 300 valuation engagements. Many of Mr. Holzman’s completed transactions and valuation engagements were in the healthcare industry.
