Lesleigh Sisson, the founder of O&P Insight, has been part of the orthotics and prosthetics profession since 1992. She started O&P Insight because she cares deeply about three things: helping people thrive in their professional lives, advancing the profession for patients & practitioners and leaving a legacy of lives impacted for the better. While she has always had a love of teaching and helping others, it was working in administrative and clinical support roles when Lesleigh recognized the desire to assist dedicated professionals working toward this common goal: providing excellent patient care while achieving the best possible health for the business. Lesleigh helps independent O&P practices to not only survive but also to thrive in today’s challenging and ever-changing healthcare environment with its demands for efficient work flow, revenue cycle solutions and successful compliance.

"Lesleigh is the person you want on your team! Her 25+ years of experience and expertise are superior. When I purchased an O & P practice last year, Lesleigh helped me to manage the challenges of personnel changes, work flow, how to interpret reports, billing matters, marketing, and advice on making the entire practice thrive. She was with me every step of the way and I am extremely grateful for her consulting services as well as her friendship
It’s not easy to know if your front office staff is doing what needs to be done or your biller is doing things correctly, etc. Lesleigh can come in, overlook it all and tell you exactly what needs to happen. It is a great feeling to know when Lesleigh leaves your office, you are doing the best you can possibly do. If you want to get your practice in order, hire Lesleigh."

"I have known Lesleigh personally for 3 years and known about her for
2 years more. She is a no-nonsense, by the book expert on the administration of an O&P practice. Whether you are starting a new practice and want to establish good operating procedures from the beginning, are an established practice needing to stay current on
policy changes affecting your business, or are staying up nights
worrying about the viability of your practice, Lesleigh can help.
In my case, she performed an analysis of my operation and
made some policy and procedural changes that turned around my practice. She's become very much invested in my success and will continue to be a valued member of my team as well as a friend."

business needs a Lesleigh Sisson on their bench. We as business owners, managers, or practitioners only know so much of the playbook! Lesleigh comes in and fills the gap with the forgotten play or the trick play that gives you and your company the extra edge to succeed!
Her experience and knowledge of the industry is so impressive, along with her enthusiasm to help improve your business.
She takes on every client to make them better and takes a personal ownership to each account.
It has been a true privilege to have her on our team as a small start up needing guidance as we continue to grow in this ever changing industry. She has truly contributed to my own self growth and our success!"
